-Improve towers and enemies colliders

-Several balancing tweaks for easier and more balanced gameplay

Various map changes:
-Added a cool Uraeus cobra statue to Khafra
-Added a mysterious altar to Sinecosine
-Other road and scenery changes to Kanefer, Khafra, Oasis, Promenade and Nekhen

-Fixed rounds sometimes not ending
-Fixed map selection out-of-screen glitch
-Fixed incorrect "difficulty won" display in map selection
